I don’t see any mention of a programme for 40 new hospitals.

In his first speak as PM he said 20 hospitals would be receive upgrades.

In September it was announced that 6 Hospitals have funding to upgrade buildings in the next five years.

The Conservatives said that up to 38 would be funded to develop between 2025 and 2030.
