Brexit

December 5, 2019

Any future free-trade agreement, if we signed it, who would be the arbiter of disputes? Can I tell you? The European Court of Justice, who will make binding rulings, it says it in the document.

Truthfullness 2 / 5

Notes

Nigel Farrage doesn’t know this, from my understanding he simply suspects it. If there’s a trade deal, whether The European Court of Justice has final depends on how much EU law is incorporated into the trade deal.

Do you agree this deserves 2 / 5 for truthfullness?
